Administrative fees are payable to the Competition Commission for the
notification of an intermediate or large merger, for an exemption application
and for the provision of advisory opinions.
The current fees are listed below.

Advisory opinion
These fees are payable to the Competition Commission and are separate
from any legal fees that may be incurred when requesting the assistance of an
attorney in any of the above matters.
