As a result, we have long-standing relationships with experts in these fields.

Representative experience

• We act as the attorneys to one of the construction companies listed on the JSE.
• We have represented multi-nationals in disputes relating to the supply of services to the national electricity supplier.
• Represented a multi-national engineering concern in resisting attempts made by its contracting counterpart to enforce a performance guarantee under circumstances where the third party financial institution was being called upon to pay the sum guaranteed, under circumstances not justified on the facts.
• Acted for a multinational consortium responsible for the construction of the container Harbour at Ngqura, Port Elizabeth in preparing and pursuing contractual claims totaling R170 million arising from adverse underground conditions.
• Acted for a holiday accommodation enterprise on a premium golf estate to validate unauthorised construction.
