Lucia Erasmus is a member of the Real Estate practice. Lucia has assisted numerous property developers in the retail, commercial, industrial and residential market. She has extensive experience in property development, township establishment, sectional title registers, sectional title arbitrations and commercial bonds.

Lucia began her career as a Candidate Attorney at Van Wyk de Vries in 1982. She practiced as a conveyancer at Blake Scholtz & Bester in 1985. In 1986, Lucia joined Pieters and Partners as a Partner. Lucia joined Cliffe, Dekker & Todd Inc. as a Director in 1990 and she is currently a Director at Cliffe Dekker Inc.
