Tim Fletcher is a director of Cliffe Dekker whose area of expertise lies in dispute resolution specifically including arbitration and litigation. He has extensive experience in the resolution of general commercial disputes in South Africa including insurance, information technology, property, government tenders, reviews of administrative action and other commercial disputes.

Tim began his career in 1989 when he joined Cliffe Dekker & Todd as a Candidate Attorney. In 1991 he moved to Harvey Nossel & Company as an Associate. In 1992, he returned to Cliffe Dekker & Todd Inc. as an Associate and was promoted to the position of Director in 1995.
