Nick Muller heads up the Dispute Resolution: Litigation & Arbitration Department in Cape Town and has over 20 years experience in all forms of court litigation and dispute resolution involving all aspects of South African and international law. Nick is a member of the Cape Law Society.

Nick began his career as a Senior Prosecutor at the South African Department of Justice in 1978. In 1979 Nick joined Syfret Godlonton and Low as a Candidate Attorney and in 1980 as a Professional Assistant at Syfret Godlonton Fuller Moore, where he was later appointed as a director in 1982. In 1998 the firm joined Cliffe Dekker Inc where Nick is still a member of the board of directors today.
