Jo Neser is the managing partner of the Cape Town region and
is one of the Cape Town regions' leading merger and acquisition specialists.
With in excess of 20 years of experience, Jo has assisted a number of multi
national and local companies in establishing a presence in South Africa, merger
and acquisition transactions as well as joint ventures in South Africa
especially in the food, liquor and publishing industry. Jo is a member of the
Cape Law Society. |

Jo started his career in 1980 as a Candidate Attorney and
subsequently an Associate and Director of Syfret Godlonton Fuller Moore. In
2001 Jo was appointed as a director of Cliffe Dekker Fuller Moore and took up
the position of Managing Partner, Cape Town in 2001, National Deputy Chairman,
2003 and presently holds the position of Manager Partner, Cape Town.
