Da Silva Inc as an Associate. Jackie moved to Sampson Okes Higgins Inc in 2001
as a Director. In 2003, she took a position at Moss Morris. From 2004, she was
a Partner at Tugendhaft Wapnick Banchetti and Partners. Jackie joined Cliffe
Dekker in August 2007 as a Director. In September 2008 Jackie became a Director
of Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr.

- Acted as counsel for the lender equity financing transaction to
assist BEE entity to acquire shareholding in MB Technologies (Pty) Limited
- Acted as counsel for the lender in equity financing transaction to
assist BEE entity to acquire shareholding in Sasol Limited
- Acted as counsel for the lender in respect of acquisition finance and
related facilities (including factoring facilities) required for a management
buy-out of the Robor business from Barloworld
- Acted as counsel for two financial institutions co-bidding to provide
financing required for party bidding to acquire the Edcon Group and thereafter
advised financial institution on the finance documents executed in respect of
the Edcon transaction, in order to assist in decision to participate in the
transaction as an accession lender in the revolving credit facility and the
receivables backed facility

assist acquisition by Halberg (an international entity) of the foundries
division of Murray & Roberts Ltd
