- Advised in the development to be known as 'Waterfall City' on behalf
of Mia Group of Companies and Werner van Rhyn of Property Management and
Development, which development, according to Financial Mail of 3 February 2006,
is regarded as the biggest property development in South African history, an
investment of at least R11 bn
